Every evening, your pet will settle into a cozy, stress-free atmosphere under our roof, where snuggles, personalized care, and a restful night’s sleep are always guaranteed. Because when your pup stays with us, they’re home.

What's Required?

Completion of an Intro Day prior to booking.
Up-to-date vaccine records.
- Distemper/Lepto/Parvo (DHLPP)

Dogs should be crate-trained.

Basic Pricing:

One Dog: $45/night
Two Dogs: $90/night
Three Dogs: $135/night

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, the following applies:
14 Days or More Before Start Date
- You’ll receive 100% of your payment back.
7-13 Days Before Start Date
- You’ll receive 50% of your payment back.
6 Days or Less Before Start Date
- No refund will be issued, and 100% of the payment will be retained.
Please understand that late cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients, so we appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

Appointment System

Scheduled Appointments Only: All visits must be scheduled in advance to avoid disruptions.
15-Minute Buffer: We have a 15-minute buffer before and after each appointment to avoid early/late fees.
- Ex: Appointment Time: 4:00 pm = Dropoff/Pickup Window: 3:45 pm-4:15 pm
Safety First: This system helps us prevent double bookings and maintain a secure environment.
Routine Maintenance: Keeping a structured schedule allows us to provide top-notch care and attention to each pet.
Balance: Ensuring balance in our day helps us provide the best experience for all pets in our care.

Late Policy:

To ensure smooth scheduling and maintain a balanced day for both our team and your pups, we’ve implemented a Late/Early Fee Policy for all appointments. Please review the details below:

15-Minute Buffer: We allow a 15-minute buffer around your scheduled appointment time (e.g., if your appointment is at 5 PM, your window is 4:45 PM to 5:15 PM).
Outside the Buffer: If you arrive outside of this 30-minute window, a $40 Late/Early Fee will be applied to your account.
Need to Adjust? We understand life happens! If you’re running late or need to adjust your appointment, contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.

Overnight Memberships

One Dog = One night used! Two dogs = Two nights used! Etc.

Memberships do not need to be used all at once, but must be used within a YEAR of purchase.

30 days: $1,215 (Save $135!)
60 days: $2300 (Save $400!)
90 days: $3240 (Save ($810!)

FAQ's

Where will my dog sleep?

We provide cozy, home-like sleeping arrangements for each pup, complete with plush bedding and fresh food and water. Your pup will have their own designated space where they can feel safe and relaxed, under our roof.

Will my dog be monitored overnight?

Absolutely! We use cameras connected to our phones to monitor your dog 24/7. While we’re always nearby, this ensures we can keep a close eye on them even when they’re resting.

Do you accommodate special diets or medications?

Yes, we do! We’ll happily prepare and serve homemade meals you provide or administer any medications at no extra charge. Your dog’s health and happiness are our top priority.

Can I bring my dog’s favorite toy or blanket?

Absolutely! Familiar items can help your dog feel more at home. We encourage you to bring anything that makes your pup comfortable, whether it’s a toy, blanket, or their favorite pillow.

How do you handle dogs with separation anxiety?

We provide calming enrichment activities like cartoons, music, or soothing Kongs to help anxious pups relax. Our home is designed to feel safe and welcoming, and we tailor our approach to meet their needs.

Will my dog be interacting with other dogs?

Your dog’s interactions will depend on their comfort level and personality. We only allow social time if all dogs are compatible and under close supervision. Safety and happiness come first.

What is your nighttime routine?

Before bed, we ensure each pup has had their potty break, playtime, and a chance to wind down. Once they’re settled, we monitor them overnight to ensure a restful and peaceful sleep.

What should I bring for my dog’s overnight stay?

We recommend bringing:

Enough food for their stay (plus a little extra, just in case).

Any medications they’re currently taking.

Their favorite toy, blanket, or comfort item.

We provide everything else!

What if there’s an emergency?

In the rare case of an emergency, we have a protocol in place to act quickly. We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to a trusted local veterinarian for care.

Can I check on my dog during their stay?

Of course! We’re happy to provide updates, photos, and videos of your dog during their stay. Your peace of mind is just as important as your pup’s comfort.

Can my dogs stay in the same suite?

Absolutely!! We encourage it! As long as your family and dogs are okay with it, they will always be together!
