  • Heartworm & Flea/Tick Medication

• Dogs should be crate-trained.

• Weekday: $25/Dog

• Saturdays: $35/dog

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your appointment, the following applies:

  14 Days or More Before Start Date

  • You’ll receive 100% of your payment back.

  7-13 Days Before Start Date

  • You’ll receive 50% of your payment back.

  6 Days or Less Before Start Date

  • No refund will be issued, and 100% of the payment will be retained.

  Please understand that late cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients, so we appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

Appointment System

• Scheduled Appointments Only: All visits must be scheduled in advance to avoid disruptions.

• 15-Minute Buffer: We have a 15-minute buffer before and after each appointment to avoid early/late fees.

  • Ex: Appointment Time: 4:00 pm = Dropoff/Pickup Window: 3:45 pm-4:15 pm

• Safety First: This system helps us prevent double bookings and maintain a secure environment.

• Routine Maintenance: Keeping a structured schedule allows us to provide top-notch care and attention to each pet.

• Balance: Ensuring balance in our day helps us provide the best experience for all pets in our care.

Late Fee

• To ensure smooth scheduling and maintain a balanced day for both our team and your pups, we’ve implemented a Late/Early Fee Policy for all appointments. Please review the details below:

  • 15-Minute Buffer: We allow a 15-minute buffer around your scheduled appointment time (e.g., if your appointment is at 5 PM, your window is 4:45 PM to 5:15 PM).

  • Outside the Buffer: If you arrive outside of this 30-minute window, a $40 Late/Early Fee will be applied to your account.

  • Need to Adjust? We understand life happens! If you’re running late or need to adjust your appointment, contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.

What is an Intro Day?

An Intro Day is a 4-hour daycare experience where your dog can get to know our home, routine, and environment in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. It’s designed to help them feel comfortable with us before booking full daycare or overnight stays.

Why is an Intro Day required before booking daycare or overnight stays?

Intro Days allow us to assess your dog's behavior, preferences, and how they interact with other dogs and their new environment. This ensures they are comfortable and safe for longer stays.

How long is an Intro Day?

Each Intro Day lasts for 4 hours. The check-in and check-out times will be set according to your dog’s appointment time, with the checkout happening 4 hours later.

Can my dog be introduced to other dogs on their first day?

We do not conduct dog-to-dog introductions on the first day. The focus of an Intro Day is for your dog to become familiar with the space, the staff, and the environment in a low-stress way. After the intro day, we’ll determine when it’s appropriate for playtime with other dogs.

Can I stay with my dog during the Intro Day?

We ask that owners drop off their dogs and allow us to work with them independently. This helps your dog adjust to the new space and routine without feeling anxious about your presence.

Do I need to bring anything for my dog on their Intro Day?

No need to bring anything special for the Intro Day, but we do ask that you bring any required medications or food (if applicable). Just make sure your dog is wearing a collar and up-to-date on vaccinations.

What happens if my dog doesn’t adjust well during the Intro Day?

We understand that every dog is unique. If your dog shows signs of extreme stress or discomfort, we’ll contact you to discuss options. We are committed to finding the best solution for both you and your pup.

Can I schedule multiple Intro Days if needed?

Absolutely! If your dog needs more time to adjust or you feel a second Intro Day would be helpful, we are more than happy to schedule additional visits.

Do I need to book an Intro Day in advance?

Yes, Intro Days must be scheduled ahead of time, as we want to ensure we have space and time available for each dog. Please use our app or contact us directly to set up your Intro Day.

Will I get an update on how my dog did during their Intro Day?

Yes! We’ll provide you with a quick update on how your dog did during their day, including their behavior, how they interacted with the environment, and if they seemed comfortable or not.
