• One Dog: $32/day

• Two Dogs: $64/day

• Three Dogs: $96/day

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your appointment, the following applies:

  14 Days or More Before Start Date

  • You’ll receive 100% of your payment back.

  7-13 Days Before Start Date

  • You’ll receive 50% of your payment back.

  6 Days or Less Before Start Date

  • No refund will be issued, and 100% of the payment will be retained.

  Please understand that late cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients, so we appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

Appointment System

• Scheduled Appointments Only: All visits must be scheduled in advance to avoid disruptions.

• 15-Minute Buffer: We have a 15-minute buffer before and after each appointment to avoid early/late fees.

  • Ex: Appointment Time: 4:00 pm = Dropoff/Pickup Window: 3:45 pm-4:15 pm

• Safety First: This system helps us prevent double bookings and maintain a secure environment.

• Routine Maintenance: Keeping a structured schedule allows us to provide top-notch care and attention to each pet.

• Balance: Ensuring balance in our day helps us provide the best experience for all pets in our care.

Late Fee

• To ensure smooth scheduling and maintain a balanced day for both our team and your pups, we’ve implemented a Late/Early Fee Policy for all appointments. Please review the details below:

  • 15-Minute Buffer: We allow a 15-minute buffer around your scheduled appointment time (e.g., if your appointment is at 5 PM, your window is 4:45 PM to 5:15 PM).

  • Outside the Buffer: If you arrive outside of this 30-minute window, a $40 Late/Early Fee will be applied to your account.

  • Need to Adjust? We understand life happens! If you’re running late or need to adjust your appointment, contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.

One Dog = One day used! Two dogs = Two days used! Etc.

Memberships do not need to be used all at once, but must be used within a YEAR of purchase. CANNOT BE USED ON WEEKEND DAYCARE!

What’s included in the daycare fee?

Daycare includes supervised playtime, engaging enrichment activities, rest time in cozy areas, and plenty of love and attention from our experienced team. Water and snacks are provided, and any special requests, like administering medication, are also included.

What happens if my dog doesn’t get along with others?

Not every dog is a social butterfly, and that’s okay! If your pup prefers one-on-one attention, we’ll adjust their schedule to include more solo activities, ensuring they still have an enjoyable day.

Can I bring my dog’s food, treats, or toys?

Yes! If your pup has specific dietary needs or a favorite comfort item, feel free to bring them along. We’ll make sure they’re incorporated into your dog’s routine.

What vaccinations are required for daycare?

All dogs must be up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Lepto and Bordetella vaccines. We also recommend flea/tick prevention for added protection.

Can I see how my dog is doing during the day?

Of course! We try to provide regular updates and photos throughout the day, so you’ll never miss a moment of your pup’s fun.

Do you accommodate special needs dogs?

Absolutely! Whether your dog has mobility issues, requires medication, or just needs extra TLC, we’re here to provide personalized care

What are your drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-off is from 7 AM–10 AM, and pick-up is from 4 PM–6 PM. A 15-minute buffer applies to ensure smooth transitions. Late or early arrivals may incur a fee.

What happens if my dog gets tired during daycare?

We incorporate plenty of rest breaks throughout the day in cozy, quiet areas so your pup can recharge. We always monitor their energy levels to ensure they’re comfortable and stress-free.
